This refreshing, easy-to-make sorbet serves as a light dessert as well as a palette cleanser before the main dish. 

Ingredients: 

• 60g of pineapple 
• 400 cc of orange juice 
• 3 tbsp Lakanto Liquid Extract 
• 1 tsp lemon juice 

Method: 

• Mix all ingredients in a mixer and put it in a container to freeze 
• Scoop the frozen sorbet with a spoon to serve
